For this reason, as Hosts we set expectations and rules surrounding the level of undress allowed around our home. For instance, we know our space is sufficiently private, yet could be easily viewable from the neighbor’s house. We therefore ask that all of our Guests communicate clear expectations surrounding expected levels of dress prior to the reservation to ensure the reservation is a good fit for the both parties. If a Guest reaches out about wearing less than a typical bathing suit level of clothing, We as Hosts will be polite in our response regardless of wether if this is permitted in our space or not. As Guest whom are working to establish clear expectations and respect our Pool rules will always be respected in return. Regardless of what level of undress you feel comfortable allowing, sexual activity of any kind or undressing with the intent of sexual gratification is not permitted at a Swimply reservation, and Swimply has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual misconduct.
