About the pool

Hawaiian inspired pool surrounded by tropical flora. Very private back yard with 6 foot privacy fence surrounding a 38'x20' custom new pool. Relaxing waterfalls creates a tranquil space with bamboo, banana trees, plumeria and other plants - perfect for a Staycation! A large tanning shelf with umbrella creates the perfect place to relax while swimming.

The pool area has full sunlight noon until 4pm and then the house creates shade on one end of pool by 4:30pm, fully shaded by 5:30 to provide a comfortable swim without being in direct sunlight. ** Pool is unheated. Temperature as of 10/11/24 is 77 degrees.
