Relax and cool down in a pristine private environment located in the beautiful and Safe Magnolia Park neighborhood in Burbank. through a private entrance with Hollywood hedges, and cool grass only steps away from a refreshing swim in a newly built 30' foot salt water pool and 7 foot Baja dec. relax in the hot tub, with the sound of waterfalls, and a beautiful mix of sun and shade. (Perfect backdrop for Content Creator's and influencers)

FOR YOUR SAFETY No diving off of fountain wall, No running by pool, Food and drink ok in table area (kids) No glass! only plastic cups Parent or guardian must accompany small children to the bathroom The shower in the guest bathroom is not available for guests at this time. We have plans for an outdoor shower that will be completed in early spring 2025 Adult supervision is required before children enter the pool. Please go over the rules to everyone in your party before you arrive
