The host will provide you with privacy during your stay and you’ll have access to a restroom in the walkout basement. Bluetooth speaker, floats, and pool toys provided. Couches and 65in TV under the deck, couches with umbrellas by the pool, basketball hoop near pool. This is a great setting for gathering with family, friends, and children's birthday parties! NO GLASS (bottles or sharp objects). Host is not liable for personal injury or damage to personal property during scheduled rental. No Smoking. Clean up after each rental is required. $55/hr includes up to 5 guests, $75/hr includes 6-10 guests, $105/hr includes 11-15, $145/hr 16-20 guests, $215/hr 21-25 guests.
