The Rivas Ranch is located outside the city limits perfect location to enjoy the pool and relax. We offer a fully shaded carport great for small parties or for set up’s! The pool is fully fenced, with chairs and a small canopy, and the range of the depth of the pool is great for all ages. There is a kitchen and grilling area available, with 2 restrooms for guest use. Overall, the property makes a great place for hangouts and small parties with family and friends!
