About the pool

Located conveniently where Hollywood and West Hollywood meet. A perfect spot to swim or to entertain. Lots of counterspace. 2 bathrooms. 2 outdoor sinks. Outdoor shower. Includes games: cornhole, giant jenga, basketball arcade. $100 basic cleaning fee Add-On for all bookings. Events need to inquire for rules.

DJs and dance parties are not allowed. All music is played through 12 speaker sound system built into backyard. No additional speakers are allowed. Music levels are set at a full volume. Beer bottles are not allowed. All hard alcohol and wine bottles need to remain on the designated countertop. Decorations can only be secured with string or Blue Painter's Tape.
