No underage drinking allowed, violators will be reported to the police. No illegal drug activity of any kind, violators will be reported to the police. No children under 14 in the pool without adult supervision at all times. Please clean up all trash and dispose in trash can. This includes bottle caps and cigarette butts. Please leave the backyard how you found it and shut the gate when you leave. Park in the street, not the driveway!
