Heated Pool

Seasonal - May to October 15th. We keep the pool heated to 90 degrees. No shrinkage here ! Even on a hot day it still feels great without the shock of your common pools.

Hot Tub

We keep our large hot tub open year round. During the Summer months we keep the hot tub heated to 99 degrees and during the cooler / cold months we keep it heated to 103 degrees.

Refridgerator

Located in our outdoor kitchen. The use of this is available to all guests. Space is limited due to hosts items that we use during our time in the pool and kitchen. NO GLASS is ALLOWED on site.

Drinkable Water

Located in our outdoor kitchen. We have a drinking fountain and a sink for use by all guests. Cold water only.

Outdoor Bar

Located in our outdoor kitchen. We have a multi-terr bar for use by guest. You will need to bring your own liquor, mixers, etc. for your stay. -this item is within the outdoor kitchen and is not for use by guests if you have not added this amenity.

Outdoor Ice Container

Located in our outdoor kitchen. This ice chest is available for use by our guest. It comes with a scoop, ice breaker and opener for wine bottles. Guest will need to bring their own ice or we will be happy to fill it for you upon your arrival for an additional fee as listed. Holds up to 4-22lb bags

Chair cushions

We have lounge cushions and cushions for most chairs. Your specification or all come with the rental.

Professional Photo Shoot

This is for either still or video professional shoots. This is an additional fee beyond the time and number of people involved fees. This will allow you to take outdoor images within our pool and hot tub spaces. Specifically any use of a camera or recording device requires this amenity.18+ required
