About the pool

Seeking resort-like privacy, with a touch of modern California chic ? Look no further and book a pool built for fun, privacy, relaxation and entertaining. Our pool area features a Roofed Gazebo, Cantilevered Pergola with Italian inset stone flooring, Play/beach area, Outdoor shower, Private Hot Tub area, plenty of furnishings and a portable restroom. Included with every booking: Four Free towels, Free Snacks for each guest booked, Complimentary Bottled Water, a First-aide kit, Sunscreen, Paper Towels, common food Utensils and Hand Sanitizer. The pool runs 80-93 degrees in the summer and our walls are 9’5” tall, a hot tub with curtains to make said area exclusive and private. Our gaol is to provide a 5-star experience at a reasonable rate. Come take a swim and experience the bliss of our Oasis. We've hosted multiple events with 5-star ratings. Hot Tub

Require a 1 day advance noticed (for heating water). We have a separate Hot Tub that will fit 4 individuals. The Hot Tub has its own private area that can be closed off by privacy fence making said area safe and exclusive. The hot tub is set to 104 F degrees.

Any group over 15 requires a cleaning fee of $50

Grill

There are two grills available - 1. Charcoal Grill along with Charcoal and 2. A propane tank Grill with 4 main burners and 1 side burner.

Shower

There is an outdoor shower with Hot and Cold water.

Playground

There is a 25 x 20 Beach area where guest can use at their leisure. In said area is two beach chairs and one large 10' round umbrella.

WiFi

Wifi is included with rate.

Pool Toys

Large flotation devices, kid toys, boogie board and kick board.

Speakers

I have JBL and Harmon high-end blue tooth speakers. For large events, I also have a full sound reinforcement system, the ability to book DJ's and live musicians (for any style of music) hit me up for more details, rates and more.

Gatherings are OK however, Noise must be kept to a minimum level and is subject to my discussion. The city's sound ordinances prohibits noise levels above 50 DB 8 AM to 9 PM with 8-11 PM being quite hours. Although I want our guest to enjoy themself's and to have fun (thus the point of a pool) however, I respect my neighbors highly and our guests are expected to do the same.
