Bird watchers will enjoy the opportunity to see Bald Eagles, Osprey, Mississippi Kites, Swallowtail Kites, Pileated Woodpeckers and the occasional Painted Bunting to name a few. Deer, fox and armadillo make the odd appearance for quiet parties. Guests will enjoy the expansive pool deck with multiple seating options including six comfortable lounge chairs and seven upright chairs. Outdoor dining table provides space for meals and your belongings. A large umbrella offers shade for the table, while overhead sails add shade for the pool and deck. A mobile umbrella is positionable with its weighted stand for guests who prefer to stay out of the sun. We can help you connect to bluetooth speakers to play the music of your choice or name a genre adn we are happy to create a pandora station for you. The lawn is well kept allowing for bocce, cornhole, croquet, frisbee and other yard games of your choice. Shoes are advised to prevent the odd sticker. We have coolers available if you would like to bring ice for your drinks. No glass allowed on pool deck!!!
