Hot Tub

This will be for heating above the pool temp. Children 5 and under cannot be in the heated Jacuzzi. If you have long hair, it MUST be tied up before getting in.

Same day cancelation fee

If you want to Reschedule your reservation same day, there will be a $75 fee and the rescheduled future date cannot be rescheduled again or canceled.

Table is not, including table cover. Will need to have a table cover. This can be provided for an additional small fee.

Party decorator

The three starts at 1:50 and goes up depending on what you want. Professional party decorator that can do decorations, balloons, and other things upon request. This is not done by me but a friend that has this business.

Party deposit

 For any type of party who is group larger than 20 people this will be collected. Cash will be giving back the day of the party., pending no damage to the property, no additional people outside of the original reservation that was not approved, and ending that clean up is done by the end of the party, and that nobody overstayed the time limit without approval.
