1. Any person renting the pool agrees the host or any of the hosts entities can not be held liable in civil or criminal court for any injuries sustained in the property. 2. Children must have the proper safety equipment/ floties when entering the deep end. 3. Clean up after yourself. Put everything back in its place. Additional fee if not cleaned properly. 4. No eating in the pool. 5. No shoes of any type in the pool. 6. Music is allowed, but at a moderate volume. Lower volume after 8pm.
