About the pool

Newer 15x30 heated swimming pool from 18 inch deep water shelf 4 foot long to 7.5 feet deep at the other end of the pool perfect for the water slide also has a waterfall. We clean the pool after every use. We use minimal chemicals in the pool and test it often. Large gazebo with patio furniture.

What makes it special

Heated Pool

We keep the pool between 85 and 90 degrees. But can set to whatever temperature is preferred. Just need 24 hour notice to adjust.

We have plenty of clean towels for your use. So if you forget yours no worries.

Fire Pit

We have a gas fire place and a wood burning so you can have either option. This is depending on wind and fire warning that maybe issued.

Pool Toys

We have a few big foam floating chairs. And a shaded baby floaty as well.

Wifi can be accessible for those that want to work while children are swimming.

We have a large Kitchen Aid BBQ island for cooking up Hotdogs and Burgers while your having your prefect pool day. With 2 tables that seat 6 people each one under the umbrella one in the sun also includes outdoor mini fridge to keep your drinks cold.

Speakers

Awesome Bluetooth sound bar under the gazebo its loud enough to let the neighbors listen as well. We do ask for appropriate music to be played.

We ask that you clean up the pool area after your awesome pool party. Alcohol is allowed but to be consumed responsible and respectfully. There will be a cleaning fee if the pool area isn't cleaned up after. Small children and infants need to wear swin diapers please.
