About the pool

SUMMER GET-TOGETHERS: In addition to the pool, enjoy the private yard, firepit, or grill. We have so much fun here and want to share. Whether you just want a private day at a quiet pool with a small group or if you are throwing a party, we have everything you need for a successful event. Our 20' x 44' pool has an extended 3' shallow end a 9' diving well complete with a diving board. We have plenty of tables and chairs and a gazebo there, too. If you need more space and want to use the other amenities like the grill, fire table, bar or firepit, those can be included with the premium pricing. You are welcome to use the yard for games such as bocce ball, cornhole, volleyball or the hammock, swing, or picnic table which are all included in the pool rental. We take pride in our venue as we have done 99% of it ourselves and hope you will want to visit multiple times. Our flower blooms and greenery are enhanced by our little fish pond, too. Custom Covered Bar

This unique hand-built concrete bar is protected under roof. It has seating for 8 and plenty of room for a Premium party. Feel free to bring your own ice to use our giant coolers. The bar has lighting and a ceiling fan. There is an extra charge for this space. Non-glass alcohol is acceptable, but please respect our recycling cans.

Grill

Our large gas-powered grill with side burner and tools. These are located under a custom built serving area separate from other amenities. Electricity access for crock pots or cookers and lighting for evenings. There is a serving bar for your preparations or for serving.

Shower

Shower is located in bathroom in house.

Volleyball Court

Available in yard. Please request on booking because it’s not always set up. We provide a ball as well.

Playground

Under cover we have a cute private space with a wooden bench swing and a hammock. This not a child's playset.

Pool Toys

We have a variety of tubes and floats and noodles. Request shallow end rope or volleyball net. Our shallow end is longer than normal to accommodate a game!

WiFi

Free wifi.

Speakers

Portable speaker to sync with your tunes. No large personal speakers or microphones please. We need to be considerate to our neighbors so you may be asked to limit volume or bass. Otherwise, we love music! 🎶
