About the pool

We own a 2 acre property overlooking a gorgeous nature preserve in Old Fort North Carolina. We are situated just 30 minutes from downtown Asheville and 15 minutes from the eclectic town of Black Mountain. At the pool you'll enjoy a diving board, slide, pool toys, speakers for music (please be courtious of our neighbors), and plenty of furniture to lounge. You'll also enjoy the newly installed tiki bar (still under construction) complete with a refrigerator and freezer, grill, space for food preparation, and a television.

Turn off speaker upon departure. Ensure that grill is out of use properly. Clean up garbage and recycling and put in designsted bins. Leave any pool house items (sunscreen, towels, pool toys, etc) in pool house/bathroom. Leave bathroom as clean as you found it and please clean up after yourself in the tiki bar. Finally, have fun!!
