About the pool

SUMMER UTOPIA!! $65/hr 1st 5 guests. $10 hr each guest after. Beautiful pool with waterfalls, hot tub, water slide, jumping rock, sitting ledge, night lighting. Enjoy the fireplace or s'mores by fire pit. Pool, hot tub, tiki torches lighted at night rental. The tennis court, table tennis, basketball hoop, cornhole, lawn yahtzee, night projector and screen may be available. Atmosphere is great for families!!! Very small children's birthday or youth sports team MAY be considered. Request reservations through the app for availability. You will enjoy our little paradise close to home! Swimply goes by the number of people on the property, not by the number of swimmers. Waivers must be signed. Thank you for considering our Utopia!

SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY! No running (stamped concrete get slippery when wet), No diving in shallow, No roughhousing or horseplay. All guests under 21 must be accompanied by adults. A lifeguard is not on duty. For an additional fee, host will provide a lifeguard. No urinating/poop in the pool. Swim diapers are required for any infants/children who are not potty trained.
