Heated Pool
Pool temperature currently ~80-85*F. Pool heated upon request with advance notice, please message me to request. Msg for current temps.
Hot Tub
Heated Hot Tub - Attached to Pool Spa Temp set to ~98 F but we will adjust temp upon request.
Screened Porch w/ Seating
Screened Porch with love seat & 2 chairs & table. Room for additional seating if needed. Private restroom in screened porch. (Attached to house but direct access through pool entrance). Use of Cooler available upon request, please let us know if you would like to use our cooler.

Backyard Games
Corn Hole, Ladder golf, ring toss & Bacci Ball games available to play in grassy area near pool. If you select this option please message me which games you would like to use.

Tabletop Tiki Torches/citronella candles
Tiki torches with citronella oil and/or citronella candles for pool area and screen porch. Beautiful ambiance and keeps the bugs away for evening parties.
Cooler
We have a medium size cooler available upon request or you are welcome to bring your own cooler. Please bring your own ice and message me in advance if you would to use our cooler. There is a gas station and Food Lion close by that sell ice.

Cleaning Fee
Remove all toys and floats from pool. Clean up food, crumbs and place waste in bins provided. Damages, food spills, or excessive cleaning requirements including non-swim diaper use will incur a cleaning fee of $50 and cost of repairs.
