Bubbly hot spa, easily seats 6 or more, included for any off season reservation, two hour minimum. May-September available for additional fee.

Until the weather stays hot, pool will likely need gas heater to get above 78. Please add as amenity if you’d like higher temp. If gas heater not needed, I’ll be happy to remove it on the day of the event!

Beautiful flagstone-floored outdoor covered room for entertaining. Large granite bar (with electrical outlets, sink, and small refrigerator) seats 9 in addition to two couches and a fireplace. Wine barrel fire table available for additional fee. Varied lighting and heating options as well as a large ceiling fan for a comfortable hang out space day or night!
