About the pool

Unique pool in Keller with an 8 person hot tub, waterfalls, 9.5ft deep end with diving rock, 42ft lap lane, lots of in-pool seating, covered area with TV, small outdoor sectional wicker couch, dining table with chairs, 2 XL hammock chairs, pergola with lights and chairs, lighted pathway, yard games, large shade umbrella, and dedicated full bathroom just inside the back door. Includes plenty of seating options. Available upon request for an additional charge: propane grill, Propane heater, Tiki torches, extra 5 foot table.

Please Note: Pool and/or hot tub can be heated for a fee with a 2 hour minimum rental. Pool will be heated to 82-85 degrees and hot tub will be 100-102 degrees. We do not have a cooling system for the pool, so if the weather has been hot, the water may be warmer than 85 degrees. You are welcome to ask us to check the temperature and you can bring ice to cool it down if you wish. Please give at least 24 hrs notice to heat the pool. Streaming services are accessible with your personal login credentials.

We want you & ALL our guests to have an amazing time! Keeping that in mind, please make sure that there is NO GLASS anywhere in the backyard. Clear glass is INVISIBLE in water and broken glass can cause serious injuries. If you need to borrow any plastic containers or cups, just ask. :) Please NO CONFETTI or balloons w/ confetti. This can take MONTHS to clean up completely. It's like glitter...or sand at the beach...it just gets EVERYWHERE. :( No pets, please. We have friendly dogs and a VE...
