About the pool

Bring your swimsuit! Ample parking on street & carport. Automatic gate-door leads to expansive backyard. Ahead is new turf for yard games, shoot a basket or kick a football into a net. Equipment available for evening outdoor movies upon request. The yard offers a private restroom & large shower. Recreation room boasts an 80" tv, sectional, bar top, and weights - roll up two glass garage doors to bring the outside in or enjoy the AC with them down. Sectional provides additional seating and firetable. Plenty of patio umbrellas for shade & commercial misters throughout. $8K Sonos sound system offers territories to play 3 different music choices at the inground spa, house patio and cabana so everyone can enjoy their favorite playlist. Cabana offers Sunbrella curtains for privacy, Traeger grill, fridge, pizza oven, bar and dining table seating. Finally, the diving pool is heated upon request & has a large baja bench. Inground spa is set apart for privacy. ENJOY!!
