About the pool

Yes! We accept sunbathers and tanners and don't care what you wear (or don't wear) while you're here. Located in the Lakes Community, this gorgeous pool is surrounded by a huge backyard and lush grass that your guests are welcome to play on. Pool is professionally maintained once/week and it is no more than five feet deep in the center. It has underwater seating on both ends, which makes it perfect for families or those who want to lounge the day away. Plenty of cushy chairs and shade available (including a retractable awning that you'll have control over), along with a variety of pool floaties, outdoor games, and a mini fridge stocked with water bottles for your use. Heating the pool and/or hot tub is an extra fee, but we'll provide you with the Wi-Fi code on the house. Families, friends, sunbathers, and content creators welcome!

Hot Tub

If you'd like to use the hot tub during your swim, please let us know when booking so we can turn on the heater prior to your arrival.

Heated Pool

If you'd like the pool heated, please let us know when booking so we can turn it on prior to your arrival. Heating can take up to four hours so this service is unavailable for last minute swims.

Mini Fridge

Comes pre-stocked with bottles of water along with room to spare for adult beverages, snacks, etc.

2 folding tables and 2 folding chairs available if needed for extra seating or counter space.

Pool Toys

Various pool floaties available, including two Puddle Jumpers for kids. Unless children are very confident in the water, we ask that kids 5 and under wear a Jumper at all times for safety.

WiFi

Password will be supplied upon arrival if option is chosen at booking.

Towels

We do have a few towels available for use, but we recommend still bringing a few extra in case they're not enough. When done, just leave the used towels in front of the patio door for us to wash. Thanks!

Please dry off before entering the house to use bathroom and pull the back door firmly shut (sometimes it doesn't latch all the way and we have indoor-only cats that can't go outside).
