About the pool

Family friendly private saltwater pool in beautiful Franklin Hills. Pool is set on bottom tier of property so you are afforded privacy from neighbors and the house. Plenty of lounge chairs and a large couch available for relaxing by the pool. Three umbrellas provided for shade. Pool is solar heated to a minimum of 87 degrees, but is generally around 90 (depending on sun). Hot tub attached to pool which is fun for the kids when not turned on and can be on for an additional fee. Small fridge available for drinks/snacks. Private restroom available in guest apartment. Please be sure that all diapered children have a swim diaper when in the pool.
