Construction continues! The remainder of the deck has been demolished and cleared away. There is a trench where we used to have a retaining wall, so take care around the orange fence. There are piles of dirt on the patio on the other side of the trench, but the normal space is uninhibited by this. It's just a bit unsightly in the background. Crystal clear and large (20x40) - the pool features a blue waterslide and pirate-plank-like diving board with multitudes of fun floaties. We did just install a heater on 5/19 and will be keeping the pool right around a refreshing yet comfortable 80F. Please inquire about temperature if it's a concern. Four lounge chairs at the water's edge offer great sunlight throughout the day for sunbathing. Three lunch tables with umbrellas (seat 14) offer reprieve from the heat and a place to gather for eating. Enjoy socializing on the rocking outdoor couches (seat 6). Your rental also includes access to the kitchenette in the basement! Sink, microwave, counter, and full sized refrigerator are all available for your use. We are undergoing some upgrades this year and will be only intermittently available throughout the season, with some construction and changes visible: Patio cleaning & repainting (IN PROGRESS) Addition coming soon! Will include a dedicated pool bath-house! (Mind the Trench) Deck demolition and re-build (Demo Done and Debris Cleared!) Exterior house siding (will be NEXT UP!) Interior remodeling in basement (IN PROGRESS - bathroom under demo, but functional & clean)
