We have A spacious backyard with pool, heated spa only $30 a hour. We offer a grill, 2 large table, coolers and chairs. We have seating for 50 people any guest over that must bring extra chairs. The person who makes the reservation must arrive before their guest no exception!! No ticket selling or selling alcohol on the property. You can have alcohol no selling. You must use my bartender no outside bartender. All music must be turn down after 9pm and no profanity in the party that has alcohol must hire my Securty for 20 guest the security is $62.50 an hour, 30-50 guest $125 an hour.50- 100, it’s included in your price. It’s no parties without security with alcohol no you are having a DJ you must let me know before your party. Message us for more details. Parking Instructions: Please do not park on the street or in front of the house. When you arrive, drive down the gravel driveway to the left of the garage, make a right, and park in a straight line in the back. All guests must stay in the backyard area, as that’s the space being rented. We rent to family and 30 and over. all amenities must be paid to vendors the day of.
