About the pool
Over sized kid friendly inground pool!! Little ones love the shallow area and can play for hours! Bigger kids love the deep end step/ seat and diving board. Adults love relaxing by the pool and soaking up some rays while the kids play. Everything you need should be here ! Hope you love the space as much as we do.

Pool Toys

Many floats, toys, tanning floats. Swim devices for children. Any floats busted will result in a $20 fee.

Towels

1 towel per booked person, $20 fee charged for towels not returned.

WiFi

Password will be left for use.

Alexa or other speaker for use but need to let me know ahead of time. Feel free to bring your own.

MAX 20 people in pool at a time. NO going into the pasture with animals. DO NOT feed or pet ANIMALS NO leaving POOL AREA and going to any other area of property. Parties such as Birthday set up and decorating etc will require approval prior. Will discuss set up opportunities with you then. NO GLASS in or near pool. NOTHING other than pool toys allowed in pool. NO attempt to tamper with pool system (turn off etc)
