Come relax and enjoy the sunshine! Perfect for a swim day for the kids, birthday parties, family get-togethers, a girl's day relaxing by the pool, swim lessons, etc! Newly remodeled pool with tanning ledge in pool, 4 chaise lounges and 4 cushioned chairs. Weekly chemical treatment, NOT heated.

Two hour minimum required. Please throw all trash away in trash bins and leave area the same as when you arrived. No diving and no running next to the pool. Inexperienced swimmers must wear a life vest or floaties at all times. Music and alcohol allowed, just please be responsible and respectful. No rotating guests. No smoking, and no drugs of any kind allowed on premises. No loitering in front of the house. Relax and enjoy! 😎
