Welcome to the new and improved Party Zone! This property is specifically set up for parties of all sizes and for all ages. We offer "ALL INCLUSIVE" flat rate pricing: Half day (4Hrs) = $600.00 Full day (8Hrs) = $1,200.00 The flat rate includes access to all amenities on the property, including pool heat. The flat rate also includes unlimited guests (up to 100ppl). The property is private and secluded. There's a phenomenal outdoor kitchen and bar that includes ice maker, freezer, refrigerator, sink, garbage disposal, two bbq pits (charcoal & propane), 8 burner stove top, griddle, and more! There is plenty of seating that includes a dining Island that seats 16, bar that seats 12, in pool sectional seating, cabana seating, and more!! There's a state of the art outdoor sound system that you can connect to directly from your phone and play your favorite music as loud as you want. There are 10 outdoor TVs that make the space feel like your own private sports bar. Don't be fooled by other pools charging a lower rate, and then nickle and dime you with add on amenity charges. We offer 1 rate that includes everything. *This a 100% smoke free property.
