The Posh Pond and Hot Tub

Beautiful outdoor pool, hot tub, and firepit surrounded by tropical greenery. The giant bird of paradise creates beautiful shade perfect for setting up picnics on the lawn, but still has plenty of space for suntanning. We have a concrete patio area at your disposal and the bathroom is located inside the residence. Two 6-person glass tables are available for your use along with an eclectic group of chairs to seat 20 people. At night, a set of string lights give a peaceful and charming atmosphere to the pool area. You are free to bring canopies, our patio fits two 10'x10's. It is conveniently located between the Hollywood Burbank Airport and Magnolia Park and it's approx. 15 minutes away from most major media production studios. Please include set-up and cleaning time within the time booked.
