Big Pool & Yard Where 5/605 Meet In Downey

Large 35' by 20' pool and surrounding deck make up half of the yard. The other half is grass allowing large groups space to spread out. Pool has big shallow end with steps while the deep end features matching love seats and a diving board - NO head first diving please! The pool is bathed in sunlight all day while a giant avocado tree provides plenty of shade for the grass. Pool has underwater light for night swimming and entire yard is surrounded by strings of multi-color lights. There are 2 picnic tables, each with its own umbrella, plus a variety of loungers and chairs. Guests may bring their own speakers as well as a grill for cooking. Alcoholic beverages are allowed. An assortment of inflatables are available to enjoy free of charge.
