About the pool
This is an exercise pool for 1 person. Swim alone continuously for 30 minutes against an adjustable current. Current is for intermediate swimmers, not competitive swimmers. Exercise alone or with a personal trainer. Personal trainer is additional. Pool current runs for 30 minutes then automatically shuts off. The hour is to allow time to get in and out of the pool, use restroom, change, etc. Swim time is only 30 minutes and for 1 person only.
