Grill
We provide both grills with gas,& charcoal along with an assistant which will be pleased to prep food,cook/grill,& clean for $50 per hour…. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own gas,charcoal,& assistant to help out during the gathering for a flat fee of $40… The $25 is a flat fee for the cleaning of the grills…
Basketball Court
There is a regular driveway to play basketball…but the cars woukd have to move…no court.
Pool Toys
Relaxing lay in,floatation tube style,noodles,& mini boat with paddles…

Waiter,cooking assistant,pool maintenance…
Qualified servers to assit guests in their relaxing moments by bringing them refreshments along with anything else they would like help with during preparation of the gathering for cooking,grilling,&/or cleaning. This includes maintenance of the pool,& surrounding property… We provide the gas,& charcoal…. This service is $50 per hour…

Massage
Enhancing health through blood flow by manual manipulation of the soft tissues of the body performed by a nationally certified massage therapist… NOTE: The initial $100 is paid directly to each therapist,(female/male)for all bookings no matter how long the stay. The actual massage is $100 per hour. If the group decides to have the therapists on site,& no one receives any bodywork…we still compensate them for their time,& that is where the initial $100 payment goes.
