Please add spa for cooler days in case pool is chilly…(rate are reduced for fall/winter months, however, we need charge a small fee to help with utilities and maintenance costs for spa) 6-7 person hot tub (97-101 degrees on average) under covered patio (Hourly fee is charged by the total hours booked)

Towels

Please choose this premium amenity fee of $15 for towel use to cover washing of towels. -See host if you need access to more than 10 towels. If you or guests use a towel, please be sure to leave it on the spa deck when you leave. *A $30.00 replacement fee will be billed per towel if removed off the premises.

Sitting bar

Cement bar seats 6. Next to the dinning tables/BBQ with excellent tv viewing. Note- Cement can get warm on hot days.

Corn hole board set avail. Shaded during the day

Corn hole boards with (8) bags avail to rent. Side area on lawn offers a great shaded /filtered sun area to play corn hole . Other options w/corn hole: Great to add (2) high top tables placed by each corn hole board for drinks/ conversation areas for your event -See amenities to add tables (only $10 flat fee per table rental/tables clothes included)

Speakers

Outdoor sound system: Stereo speakers/TV with access to direcTV (direct tv music stations & most all premium /sports /dtv channels/pandora stations -Bluetooth Streaming on iPad or your mobile device is available-see hosts for assistance. Please leave all media remotes on the window pass thru “at all times” durning your event. Note-Volume on speakers need to be reasonable (to ensure no neighborhood complaints-especially in the evening hours) -Special purchase for UFC /fights are billed to the guest under a separate amenity add for the event rate in advance if needed for your event. See host. *Hourly fee for media/music is billed for full booking hours of your events. Fees are minimal to cover extra electricity costs. -No music after 9pm unless approved by host. i.e. More flexible on weekends.

Built in “gas” BBQ and stove burner *Fee helps us to pay for the extra gas and the addl. cleaning needed after each gathering. *BBQ is billed per booking hour. Please bring foil to add over the grill grates if your meat marinade is really sticky/messy. See host for instructions on how to operate grill. Electrical Plugs available by BBQ area for crockpots or charging phones.
