About the pool

Enjoy a giant relaxing hot tub at 104 degrees. Gorgeous nighttime ambiance. Located in Central Austin our SALT WATER pool is yours for the day! Screened-in porch with dining table for 8, screened porch with fans, 5 lounge chairs and TV (MOVIES, GAME DAY etc!). 4 pool loungers and tons of seating. Private bathroom access for guests, bluetooth speakers for music. Cornhole and other outdoor games out and ready to play! Amenities you can add: Hot Tub, Fire Pit and Grill. Perfect local getaway. There is a ring security camera outside. Max 15 people, privately message for additional guest approval. *fully COVID vaccinated house. Search “Always.Sunny.In.Austin” on Instagram for more pics!

8 person hot tub that heats to 104 it's the best.

Screened Porch and 8 person dining table

Guests have access to screened in porch with sitting area and dining. Some games like jenga, uno and cards provided.

Pool Bathroom

Guest have access to pool bathroom labels "Powder Room". Guest may use sink and toilet, no showering allowed.

CORNHOLE

Cornhole will always be set up in the turf yard area :)

WIFI

WIFI and Password Info is on the table in screened porch

BBQ Grill

Guest have access to the grill labeled "guest grill", grilling utensils available. Must bring your own charcoal.

Pool Toys

Guest are welcome to bring their own floaties but can use whatever we have sitting out poolside.
