**MUST BOOK YOUR PREP & CLEANUP TIME WITH RESERVATION. IF YOU WANT TO PARTY FOR 4HRS, YOU BOOK FOR 6HRS. 1 HR TO PREPARE, 1 HR TO MAKE SURE YOU GATHER ALL YOUR BELONGINGS/CLEANUP!! THE TIME YOU BOOK IS ALL YOU GOT!!** We would like to open our pool space up to you for events of your choosing. We've hosted parties for birthdays, graduations, marriages, and reunions and even opened our doors for photo & video shoots. We give an hour to set up, 4 hours for your activities, and an hour to clean, straighten, or gather your belongings. Please feel free to inquire about the space. DOORS ARE OPEN! We have a 10 car driveway. Pools depths range from 3ft to 12ft. The pool space offers multiple areas to socialize both shaded as well as in the bright beautiful sun. Outside of the pool, there is plenty of space for outdoor activities such as volleyball, badminton, and cornhole. Please feel free to inquire about any other questions. I will make sure I am on the premises but away from your event. If possible, we would like to meet and preview our space prior to booking to prevent any possible misunderstandings. 20-25 PEOPLE MAX. We only offer 1 1/2 bathroom. We are open to conversations about more people IF YOU RENT A HONEYPOT. ALSO, NO TEEN PARTIES OR EVENTS WITHOUT MULTIPLE ADULT SUPERVISION. WE WILL SHUT IT DOWN. THEY CAN BE RECKLESS & RIDICULOUS!
