Hot Tub

This is an extra large hot tub 10” across. It seats 8 people comfortably, but we have had up to 15 people in it at once. It will be turned on and running when you arrive. A specific temperature can be requested, however, we normally just heat it to 104 degrees (which is the max).

Grill

There is a gas BBQ available for you to use. There are also several utensils available for you, including spatulas, tongs, forks, spooks, and knives.

Basketball Court

Note: the basketball backboard was recently broken during the recent storm. We are working on getting it fixed. The court is still usable. There is a half-court basketball area for use. You will have to bring your own balls if you want to play. The court can also be used as a dance floor or for additional guests.

Fire Pit

There is an extra large fire pit available for you to use. It is natural gas, so it doesn’t require and wood. Guests who purchase this Premium Feature will also get prongs in order to cook S’mores! You will need to bring your own marshmellows, gram crackers, and chocolate.

Corn Hole Game

Two Corn Hole boards and bags are available, at no cost, for you and your guests to enjoy.

Patio Heater (propane)

We have a patio heater available for chilly nights. This heater uses propane. COST: If you bring your own propane tank the usage fee is $20. If we have to provide the propane, the cost is $20 PLUS $50 per propane tank.

Ice Chest / Cooler

The ice chest is actually a vintage Coca-Cola fridge from the 50’s. It’s about 3’ high. The tub area is 3’ long by 2’ wide. It’s about 18” deep. It’s very large, and can hold well over 100 cans of soda, water, or beer/alcohol. It normally takes 5-6 24 pound (Costco size) bags of ice to fill. For the smaller 7lb size bags (gas station or 7-11), it can hold 10-15. There is no lid. Simply add your drinks or food and top with ice. You will have to bring your own ice. This is free to use if you need it.
