About the pool

We love our Pool Party Paradise and we hope you do too! Crystal clear and large (20x40) - the pool features a blue waterslide and pirate-plank-like diving board with multitudes of fun floaties. We did just install a heater on 5/19 and will be keeping the pool right around a refreshing yet comfortable 80F. Please inquire about temperature if it's a concern.

Four lounge chairs at the water's edge offer great sunlight throughout the day for sunbathing. Move them to the other side of the pool for southern exposure. Three lunch tables with umbrellas (seat 14) offer reprieve from the heat and a place to gather for eating. Enjoy socializing on the rocking outdoor couches (seat 6) or hammocks (3) in the shade.

We are undergoing some upgrades this year and will be only intermittently available throughout the season, with some construction and changes visible: Patio cleaning & repainting (IN PROGRESS) Exterior house siding (coming soon) Deck demolition and re-build (June or July 2024) Interior remodeling in basement (IN PROGRESS - bathroom under demo, but functional & clean) Shed doors install (June 2024)

Trampoline

4 person at a time maximum. No shoes. Adult supervision required.

Towels

10 towels will be set out for you on the hot tub cover, near the basement slider! Please deposit used towels in the basket located in the bottom cabinet in the basement bathroom so we can launder them for the next guests.

Pool Toys

Goggles, PFDs, squirt guns, and a variety of rafts are available. Inflated floats can be found and remain in the pool. Everything else is in tubs that will be set out for you near the shed, right behind the slide. Thanks for being respectful of my kids floaties and toys!

WiFi

Fire Pit

Turn the pool party into a bonfire! We have lots of camping and beach chairs to surround the sizeable fire pit. Bring your own firewood, we're out for the moment.

Grill

Bring your own charcoal. Grill is free to use!

Speakers

Two 80W bluetooth PATIOBEAT speakers that can link together for synchronized music. These can be located just inside the basement slider, to the left, sitting on the half-wall. Please plug them back in there to charge after use. Please keep the volume to a respectable volume for the neighbors.

Beach Chairs - extra seating

Please let me know if you need more seating than the available 14 chairs at table, 3 Adirondack chairs, and 6 spots on the rocking furniture so I can set the extra chairs out for your event.
